Silke’ extensions are made from 100% raw, single-donor, cuticle-aligned virgin hair. Each strand is carefully conditioned using our Mason Jar Hydration Method to ensure lasting shine and softness.

2. How long does shipping take?

Standard orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Domestic delivery takes 3–5 business days. For faster service, explore our priority bundles and wigs.

3. What is your return or exchange policy?

Due to hygiene standards, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days for resolution. Review full details in our Refund Policy. Make sure to check out our privacy policy. 

4. How do I care for my Silke’ bundles and wigs?
